We want you to be completely satisfied with your MVMNT Club gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: Email info@mvmnt.club with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive approval: We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship it back: Package your items securely and send them using the provided instructions
  4. Get your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Return Shipping

  • Faulty or incorrect items: We'll cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way to exchange is to:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible!

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include photos of the damage or fault
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
